Speaker or panelist at more than 100 state, regional and national conferences; additionally has personally conducted over 150 workshops and teleconferences on federal wage and hour law applied to community residences, including at least one workshop in each of the 48 contiguous United States.

Co-investigator on four-phase national survey of gynecologic and reproductive services for women with developmental disabilities, for almost a decade.

Active involvement with the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities from its founded in 1973; member first Board of Directors and chair Finance Committee, 1999; chair Staff Wage and Hour Subcommittee 1986-1988; chair Housing Task Force 1983-1985;.Secretary 1974-1982.
